Talking about a situation you’re trying to heal from over and over again can potentially re-trigger any trauma associated to the situation. It can also solidify the pathways created in your subconscious around the topic (Law of Attraction – what you focus on grows!). Hypnotherapy does not require a re-telling of the fulll story. Hypnosis bypasses the conscious mind and we enter the subconscious mind where the memories are stored. Once they are accessed the thoughts and emotions around the situation can be rewired or reframed to whatever the Client desires.
